These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and ELEVATEFRAMES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED(“Elevateframes”, “we”, “us”), CIN U62090AP2026OPC125117. By accessing or using our website, Momentum or any other product or service (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at info@yourdomain.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not copy, resell, scrape or redistribute data or content from the Services without written permission.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Services.
- Do not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable regulations.
4. Market data and no advice
Momentum provides market data and analytics for informational purposes only. Nothing in the Services is investment, trading, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Elevateframes is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. Data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. 5. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed in advance in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Client projects
For software development and IT services, the scope, fees, timelines, deliverables and ownership of work are set out in a separate proposal or agreement, which prevails over these Terms where they conflict.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, design, text, graphics and trademarks, are owned by Elevateframes or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose under these Terms.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevateframes is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any trading or investment loss arising from use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant Service in the three months before the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
